10 Things You Didn’t Know about Orlando Brown

It’s pretty sad to see someone that a lot of people used to love watch go downhill, but it’s even worse to realize that they don’t want the kind of help that could help them even their depressive moods out and perhaps be happy with those around them that can offer some support. Orlando Brown unfortunately chose the easier route when he turned to substance abuse and kept going down, and down, and down the trail that led to pretty much nowhere. Throughout his career he’s been one of the funny guys that people liked to see at his best,

ABC's The Fix Premiere: Grade It!

ABC's The Fix Premiere: Grade It!
If you remain unfamiliar with the details of O.J. Simpson’s murder trial (or you still have an American Crime Story backlog on your DVR), fear not: You can get the CliffsNotes version from ABC’s The Fix.

The freshman legal drama was co-created by Marcia Clark, the lead prosecutor in Simpson’s trial who failed to get him convicted at the time. The Fix, somewhat unsurprisingly, gets plenty of plot inspiration from real-life events. Robin Tunney (The Mentalist) stars as Maya Travis, a high-profile district attorney who hopes to put movie star Sevvy Johnson behind bars for murdering his wife and her friend.

The Voice Recap: Did Red Marlow's Nephew Manage to Fill His Big Boots?

NBC’s promo for the conclusion of The Voice’s Season 16 Blind Auditions promised us that the best had been saved for last. But a) hasn’t every promo in the history of promos insisted that what’s coming next will be the best, and b) could there really have been contestants waiting in the wings that were better than four-chair-turners like Team John Legend’s Shawn Sounds and Maelyn Jarmon? Read on, and as we review the evening’s performances — including one by Red Marlow’s nephew, Jackson — we’ll decide whether we were right to disbelieve the hype.

Black Lightning Finale Recap: Power Outage — Plus, Season 3 Foe Revealed!
Season 2 of Black Lightning unspooled so many storylines and uncorked many character arcs that the show seemed a bit disjointed at times. Monday’s season finale, though, tried to tie up all the loose ends — and throw in a few surprises along the way.

There’s a Hello Kitty English Language Film in the Works

It would seem at this time that kids’ cartoons and characters are starting to become insanely popular since Hello Kitty it would seem is getting an English language film soon. New Line Cinema is helping to spearhead this project it would seem and it’s actually the first movie deal outside of Sanrio’s 45-year history that Hello Kitty has been granted for use by a major film studio. That’s pretty monumental in the eyes of many since the understanding that such a property that’s sold millions upon millions in merchandise and been referenced every which way throughout the years is something

American Idol Recap: A Nickelodeon Heartthrob Changes His Tune in the Season's Final Round of Auditions

I’d like to begin by congratulating you — and your many empty Kleenex boxes — on surviving 10 hours of American Idol auditions. It hasn’t always been easy, but at least we can take solace in knowing that most of the people we’ve come to know and love will soon be eliminated, making the whole introductory process kind of pointless. (Wait, what?)

In addition to concluding the 17th year of auditions, Monday’s episode also summoned back a few of last season’s heavy hitters — including winner Maddie Poppe, who surprised the judges (and me, I’ll admit!) by posing

9-1-1 Boss Breaks Down the Premiere's Biggest (and Possibly Fatal) Twists
9-1-1 returned for the back half of its second season on Monday in the most 9-1-1 way possible, delivering a facelift gone wrong, an out-of-water shark attack and a (potentially) fatal final twist.

Let’s begin with a quick summary of the night’s events: Athena and Maddie worked together to reunite two kidnapped children with their parents, though both had bigger drama awaiting them at home. In Athena’s case, her parents were visiting — one of whom is not a fan of her being engaged to a white man Bobby.

Meanwhile, Maddie was supposed to have her first date with Chimney,

Five Predictions We’re Making About Cobra Kai Season 2

The first season of Cobra Kai hit like a nostalgic bomb for a lot of us and the fallout was that many fans, old and new, were simply floored with what we got, in the best way possible of course. Cobra Kai opened up a whole new idea that Johnny, despite being a jerk in the first movie, was not wholly responsible for his attitude no matter that it was in fact a choice. He didn’t have the easiest time at home and needed someone to lash out at, or at least try to understand him. Instead he found John
